A few months ago we finally upgraded from 1.10.3 to 2.0.1. It's wonderful, the users love it, and I'm kicking myself for waiting sooo long to have it done. One oddity, though, is that users (story editors and media producers) who used to be able to add output channels can no longer. They can change the primary one and even delete an assigned output channel, but not add one.
I, with administrator privileges, can. This is with no changes to the permissions or user groups.
After adding the "Publishing Admins" group to a user, they can then add output channels.
Is this by design?
