channel problem
Hello,

I'm running Mythtv but have some problems with the channel.
I've not the possibility to change them and have this output with
mythbackend:

-------------------------------
[pga@localhost nxtvepg-2.5.0]$ mythbackend
Starting up as the master server.
Probed: /dev/v4l/video1 - Television
Probed: /dev/v4l/video1 - Composite1
Probed: /dev/v4l/video1 - S-Video
Probed: /dev/v4l/video1 - Composite3
adding: localhost as a player 1
adding: localhost as a player 0
adding: localhost as a player 0
adding: localhost as a remote ringbuffer
Changing from None to WatchingLiveTV
strange error flushing buffer ...
Channel: '' was not found in the database.
Most likely, the default channel set for this input
(/dev/v4l/video1 Television )
in setup is wrong
Couldn't find any channels in the database, please make sure
your inputs are associated properly with your cards.
-------------------------------

I've looking the channel table and don't understand what is happend.
Can anyone give me the solution ??

This is my channel table:
-------------------------------
--
-- Dumping data for table 'channel'
--

INSERT INTO `channel` VALUES
(1,'25',1,'TF1','TF1',NULL,NULL,NULL,'CNI2F01',32768,32768,32768);
INSERT INTO `channel` VALUES (2,'22',1,'FRANCE 2','FRANCE
2',NULL,NULL,NULL,'CNI2F02',32768,32768,32768);
INSERT INTO `channel` VALUES (3,'28',1,'FRANCE 3','FRANCE
3',NULL,3,NULL,'CNI2F03',32768,32768,32768);
INSERT INTO `channel` VALUES
(4,'K06',1,'CANAL+','CANAL+',NULL,3,NULL,'CNI2F04',32768,32768,32768);
INSERT INTO `channel` VALUES
(5,'30',1,'ARTE','ARTE',NULL,NULL,NULL,'CNI2F0A',32768,32768,32768);
INSERT INTO `channel` VALUES
(6,'33',1,'M6','M6',NULL,NULL,NULL,'CNI2F06',32768,32768,32768);

Thank's !

I can't remember exactly what the schema is for the channels table, but if you are using the myth 0.8 build (ie not cvs) then it often doesn't like it if you leave certain fields in the channels table with nulls/blanks. Try making sure that you have the channel id, etc all with values (or upgrade to latest CVS)
