How can I build an internal spam filter dropping such a message being sent from www

AND

locate the original spam source being used by script ? A form of mail script?

We can't know, from one sample, what a common characteristic is that you
might use to catch this class of mails. This is your job, and you
need to do it before thinking about the mechanics of the filter.
