DAViCal 1.1.6 (and AWL 0.58)
Dear DAViCal community,

today I tagged the DAViCal 1.1.6 release. It contains updated SQL
functions for Postgresql 10, fixes a long-standing regression that
prevented the proper synchronization of deleted events when hide_todo is
set (as is the default), and improved support for PHP7.

* Run dba/upgrade-davical-database to get Postgresql-10-compatible functions

Upgrades of Other Software
* AWL 0.58 is required for best PHP7 compatibility
