UCCX 7.x Supervisor Monitor calls?
In the brief stages of trying to troubleshoot this. As I think I
understood it, the supervisor needed to be on a spanning port for the
vlan that the phones they want to monitor are on? Or did Cisco have a
way around this?

I recommend re-configuring it going the non Span route and using Silent Monitoring via CAD/Span to PC on phone. More difficult, but scalable, etc.

I made a note about how to configure CAD/CSD based recording and
monitoring on my blog. Feel free to check it out.

It's for 8.5 but most of it should apply for 7x.
