CUC 8.6 Single Inbox
Has anyone ran into a problem with Exchange 2010 SP2 and CUC Single Inbox
where a couple users will not sync but everyone else will? When you test
the single inbox connection for one of the users it fails with:

Everyone else works. If I point that Unity user to a different mailbox it
works correctly. To me this looks like an issue with Exchange on that
mailbox but the client isnt convinced. All users are on the same CAS and
same Datastore. They only change made in the last couple weeks was the
upgrade from Exchange 2010 SP1 to SP2. I did have them add the throttling
policy into Exchange for the unity service account.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Chris

Did you make sure to disable connection throttling? Just a stab in the dark on this one.

Re: CUC 8.6 Single Inbox [ In reply to ]
Yeah I did. The issue was resolved with Exchange admin working with
Microsoft, but they have not offered up anymore info. If I hear more I
will shoot out an update.

Thanks all.
